First, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you, as a valued Customer, for the continued growth and success of Slot Car Corner (SCC) and Slot Car Corner Canada (SCCC). While we have many exciting new products and services planned for the future, please rest assured Customer Service and Support will always be our top priority. In our continuing efforts to improve Customer Service and Support, please note the following changes which are being implemented effective December 1, 2010.
1. We are reorganizing our existing Customer Support channels for Slot Car Corner and Slot Car Corner Canada. At present, there is some fragmentation and duplication in these channels which makes it difficult for us to ensure information is shared in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner. One result of this consolidation is we will no longer monitor the Slot Car Corner forum on SCI (Slot Car Illustrated). This was not an easy decision - we especially want to thank Alan Smith and SCI members for their support throughout the past 4+ years. Going forward, we still plan to participate in the various SCI forums; however, we will do so as Christian, Dickie and Steve.
2. We have established a forum dedicated exclusively to SCC/SCCC Customer Support – you can visit it by clicking here. Note this forum is NOT intended to be a general slot car forum such as HRW or SCI – again, the intent is to provide support to our Customers for SCC/SCCC related products and services. Having our own Customer Support forum will give us more flexibility managing the overall Customer Support experience in a more responsive and efficient manner. As a SCC/SCCC Customer, we encourage you to register (or just visit as a Guest) and take full advantage of the Customer Support information you will find here. This forum also provides our registered Customers with a convenient way to ask questions and share suggestions about existing / future SCC products. There is no cost to register or participate.
3. New product announcements and other useful information will continue to be posted on several other channels including:
Please note the Slot Car Corner, Slot Car Corner Canada and Slot Car News websites offer limited opportunities for two-way interaction with our Customers. For this reason, we encourage our Customers to also take advantage of the SCC Support Forum described above.
4. Finally, if you need to speak to one of us, whether it is a question, problem or anything slot car related you would like to discuss, the “Contact Us” pages (see links below) on our respective websites provide email addresses and phone numbers to do so. We are committed to answering emails and returning phone calls in a timely manner.
